Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery? 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and depend on the selected service.

Typically jewellery pieces are sent as a large letter. 

Second Class Standard - £1.10 

First Class Standard - £2.00

Your piece of jewellery is presented in a reusable cotton/linen gift bag with draw string closure as standard.

Larger parcels 

Second Class Standard - £3.00

First Class Standard - £4.00 


How long will my order take?

Each piece is made to order, please allow 1-3 days before your order is shipped. A notification will be automatically generated and sent via email once the order is shipped. 

Please note there are some times delivery delays, this is outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order.


Do you ship worldwide?

No, not at the moment but hope to be able to soon.


What if my piece is damaged? 

If your item has been delivered faulty or damaged, please contact within 7 days of ordering and I will send you a replacement or refund you if preferred. 

Should your item break due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to fix the fault free of charge. The customer needs to cover the cost of sending the item back, and we will cover the return cost. Note, this doesn't apply to product colour changes, plating, tarnishing etc as this is down to how the product has been treated by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for this. 


What if I decide I don't like the item I ordered?

If you're not happy with your choice, please contact and return the item to me within 14 days of ordering for a full refund or exchange. Please note delivery charges are non refundable and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.  


Are there any pieces I can't return? 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, for hygiene reasons.
